Our Mission

The mission of the Finger Lakes Wine Alliance is to increase the visibility and reputation of the Finger Lakes as one of North America's leading cool climate wine producing regions.  The Alliance was incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in the spring of 2004.  The twelve member Board of Directors made up of winery principals, representing all the wineries of the Finger Lakes, meets monthly.

Our Programs

The Finger Lakes Wine Alliance promotes wine and tourism values through media and consumer programs that identify regional winegrowing and visitation quality factors and resources.  Our objectives are to fund and support a marketing program that encourages the sales of Finger Lakes wines in and out of the region while simultaneousy stimulating visitation.
